The purpose of this page is to detail plots comparing the "default" field with the versions "tweaked" for optimizations (see optics plots).

Figure 1 - Focusing field (Bφ) at center of open sector (contour plot) and lowest and highest tracks from 3 maps for elastic eps (all green, closer to beamline) and mollers (3 colors), all from the center of the target and the center of the open sector. The first map, 2.0 (green) seems to have no hope of truly focusing. The default map, 3.0 (red) doesn't look like it will focus either. The version 2.8 (blue) seems to at least not be parallel.
