Raw Image -> Processed Image -> Combined Image
This is data taken through a clear filter shown at various stages of processing. All images are shown with North up and West to the right. they were displaiyed in SAO image with the colour scheme "cool" then 'printed' to Black & White postcript files which I turned into gifs in GIMP.

fc#.imh Dark Subtracting: ccdproc darkcorr=yes
flatcorr=no
dark=fdc#.imh
Same as input the # in the "dark" parameter file name corresponds to the # in the input file name. (this will be the case unless stated otherwise)

combine=median
ccdtype=""
Flat.imh Note: I shoud have set the parameter "reject=avsigclip" to "reject=none". dividing the one result by the other however shows very little variation (stdiv=2.26E-4)

Parp273c#.imh ---
Parp273c1.imh and Parp273c2.imh Align images: imalign reference=Parp273c2.imh
ccords=refcoords
Tarp273c#.imh refcoords is simply the coordinates of bright stars listed in a text file. Parp273c2.imh was chosen as it was slightly better placed on the chip.

Also all the files were in folders according to their night and so this Flat.imh was in a different folder than the other.
